RSA Edu collects personal identity information provided voluntarily during account registration or when updating profile information during onboarding, including:
- Profile & Contact Information: Full Name, Nickname, Date of Birth, Gender, Email Address, Active WhatsApp Number, Occupation, Full Address (Province, City/Regency, District, Village/Sub-district, and Postal Code).
- Learning Activity Data: Session learning notes written independently in the platform, attendance records, and learning participation history.
- Technical Information: Basic access logs for account security. We explicitly state that our platform does not request or require sensitive identity documents (ID Cards/Passports) or financial billing details.
Why We Require Comprehensive Data?
- Prevent Homonyms: Ensure accurate identity verification so class assignments, roles, attendance, and reward points are never interchanged.
- Program Inclusivity Analytics: Utilize demographic age data to ensure educational programs are organized evenly and inclusively.
2. Data Usage & Objectives
All personal data collected is utilized strictly for the following purposes:
- Verification & Administration: Validate and register your official participation in RSA Edu learning programs.
- Academic Monitoring & Evaluation: Compile progress reports (session notes and participation records) accessible by educators to evaluate educational outcomes.
- Communication & Coordination: Contact you via WhatsApp or Email regarding schedule coordination, meeting links, and important program updates.
- Service Improvement: Analyze platform performance to deliver enhanced responsiveness and feature stability.
3. Terms of Service & Intellectual Property
All learning materials, videos, documents, and design assets available on the RSA Edu platform are the legal property of the management. You are granted limited access rights solely for personal study purposes. Recording, distributing, or commercializing our assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Participant Code of Conduct & Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. We uphold mutual respect and professionalism. Bullying, harassment, or unauthorized system exploitation (hacking) is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Access Control & Data Protection
We protect your confidentiality through rigorous access controls:
- Attendance Data Security: Class attendance records and participation scores are strictly restricted. Modifying attendance is limited to the assigned Class Coordinator (Korlas) (within a 3-day window post-session) as well as Administrators and Developers. Mentors, Moderators, and Supervisors maintain read-only access. Participants can only view their own personal records.
- Third-Party Confidentiality: Your personal information is never sold, leased, or distributed to any commercial or advertising third parties.
6. Complimentary Service (No Financial Data)
All programs on the RSA Edu platform are provided free of registration and tuition fees (100% Free). We never collect or store billing details, bank accounts, or credit/debit card numbers.
7. User Rights & Account Deletion
You hold full rights regarding your data:
- Right of Access: Review your profile data and learning history recorded in our system.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction or updates to inaccurate profile details.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Deactivation or permanent account deletion requests may be submitted directly to our Administrators via email at [email protected].
